Initial Appointment $110 (90 minutes) ~ Your first visit includes an initial health history intake, evaluation, herbal medicine prescriptions and acupuncture treatment. Your practitioner will draw up an individualized care plan for you which will available to you in your patient portal soon after your appointment. Please make sure to fill out the online intake form before your appointment.

Follow up Appointment $85 (60 minutes) ~ Subsequent appointments are for established patients and include a brief check in, herbal prescription evaluation and acupuncture treatment. **If it has been more than 2 years since your last treatment with us please book an Initial Appointment so we have adequate time for your intake and new Care Plan.

Labor Preparation Acupuncture $85 (60 minutes) ~ Labor preparation acupuncture can be scheduled for both new and established patients who are 37+ weeks pregnant. This appointment includes a brief intake and acupuncture treatment. The treatments focused on supporting the changes that are naturally occurring as the body prepares for labor to begin on it's own. If you would like to utilize acupuncture for a chronic or more complex health concern, please book an Initial Appointment.

House call for Established Patients $175 (60 minutes) ~ House calls are available for established patients who are temporarily physically unable to come into our clinic for appointments. (i.e. postpartum, on bed rest, or recovery from a recent surgery)

*House call appointments are not available for online scheduling. Please contact us for availability. We are not available for on-call house calls at this time, allow 5-7 days in advance for scheduling. If you are interested in long term house calls for acupuncture, please call us and we would be happy to give you a referral.


Cancellation Policy

Thanks for choosing Family Tree Acupuncture! As a courtesy to all of our patients, we strive to maintain a smooth and efficient operation so that you can enjoy your treatment on time, all of the time. Since our services are by appointment only, please make yourself familiar with our cancellation policy.

  • 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid charges.

  • Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Emergencies and certain exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, but must be done by phone/text before the appointment.

We greatly appreciate your business and thank you deeply for your cooperation with this policy.

Patient Portal


Schedule or change an appointment, change notification preferences, view your Care Plans and receive recommendations from your provider. Click on the My Account tab on the upper right corner from our booking page. Please let us know if you have any difficulty accessing your account.

 

Insurance & Payments


Payment is due at the time of service. Family Tree Acupuncture accepts cash, checks, credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. We currently do not bill insurance but can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask if they cover all or any portion of acupuncture treatments from an out-of-network acupuncturists. Many of our patients do this and get partial or full reimbursement.
