Stefanie Beniek, founder and owner of Family Tree Acupuncture, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and board-certified specialist in reproductive Chinese medicine. With nearly two decades of clinical experience, she treats a broad range of health concerns, with particular interests in reproductive health, pain management, emotional health, and perimenopause and menopause.

Stefanie has advanced training in reproductive and obstetric medicine, including fertility, IUI and IVF support, pregnancy, postpartum care, and gynecological health. Her broader clinical practice includes acute and chronic pain, stress, anxiety and other emotional health concerns, as well as the physical and hormonal changes that occur throughout different stages of life.

Her approach is individualized and practical, combining acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and evidence-informed care to address both symptoms and underlying patterns. She values clear communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers and believes patients should feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Stefanie is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for people of all backgrounds and cultures with a special focus on supporting LGBTQ+ patients and families. Her personal experiences as a parent and auntie have deepened her commitment to creating a healthcare space where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and safe.

Outside the clinic, Stefanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, downhill skiing in the winter, biking, and being outdoors whenever she can.
